1. “Asana Pranayama Mudra Bandha,” covers postures, breathing techniques, mudras, and bandhas in detail. 2. “Yoga Nidra,” focuses on the technique of conscious relaxation. It guides practitioners into a state between waking and sleeping, where the body is completely relaxed but the mind remains aware. Through systematic methods, it helps in releasing deep-seated tensions, balancing the nervous system, and fostering inner peace. It’s also a tool for self-exploration, helping individuals connect more deeply with their subconscious mind and ultimately leading to personal growth and transformation.

3. “Kundalini Tantra” “A  Systematic Course in the Ancient Tantric Techniques of Yoga and Kriya,” explores the awakening of Kundalini energy and the tantric practices associated with it.
